Croissant topped with chorizo sausage, pepper jack cheese, roasted red peppers, and hollandaise sauce.  Served with hash browns and fresh seasonal fruit.

Topped with apples and cinnamon.  Served with sausage links and fresh seasonal fruit.

English muffin topped with poached eggs, Canadian bacon, and hollandaise sauce. Served with hash browns and fresh seasonal fruit.

Spinach, onions, mushrooms, and bacon in a light egg and cream mixture baked in a pie shell. Served with hash browns and fresh seasonal fruit.

The Sunrise – $8.50
Texas-style French toast OR buttermilk pancakes, served with bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns and fresh seasonal fruit.

The Traditional – $8.25

Scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham, sausage, or bacon, and fresh baked Hazel's bread.  Served with fresh seasonal fruit.
