General Manager & Executive Chef
Chef Jeff graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) with emphasis in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management and Marketing. Jeff has been a dedicated employee of the university for over fifteen years performing many roles, such as: Catering Manager, Chef de Cuisine, sous chef, skyroom chef, cook for the carousel square and Catering Instructor for the Culinary Arts Department of the NFS department. Jeff has competed in several “market basket” and traditional cooking competitions, with the most recent recent competition being in March of 2010 at the annual Cache Valley's Spice on Ice competition. He took 1st place in Judges Choice. With over 23 years of culinary experience, Chef Jeff knows how to make your party the best. He specializes in custom menus that are out of the ordinary and sure to make your event unique.
Corey first began cooking at a small community college in Northwest Wyoming. He found a passion for the art and has been at it for the last 10 years.Graduating with honors from Atlantic Culinary a Le Cordon Bleu school in 2006, he began his restaurant career at Pebble Beach Resorts in California. Wanting to get back to catering he found his way to USU where, for the last year and a half, he has been able to utilize his skills at a higher level.Corey has been a member of the American Culinary Federation and has participated in many cooking competitions around the US with the most recent recent competition being in March of 2012 at the annual Cache Valley's Spice on Ice competition. Corey has extensive knowledge of classical French cuisine and can create custom menus to fit your needs.
